The Court of Palermo (Italy), with sentence n. 181/05, adjudged ALIBUS SRL bankruptcy. The trusteeship in bankruptcy intends to put up for sale an aircraft PA31-P NAVAJO I-GHEP.
The Curt’s Receiver, reserving himself to communicate the date of an eventual auction, provides that offers of purchase, in a closed envelope, are due to arrive at the office of the Court of Palermo within next 17 october 2007, 12.00 a.m.
