We have 5 helicopters MI-8MTV of 1995 of manufacture which Governments of Turkey were in operation ONLY and were used in police. We accept the ORDER for purchase of helicopters which will pass major overhaul and will be ready in 4 months to delivery. Cost of one helicopter-5,2 million US dollars, the price is fixed at signing the contract for June - July, 2008. Conditions of payment - 100 % an advance payment. For reception of the contract the Buyer sends the official Order, agrees with by both conditions and readiness of payment till July, 30th, 2008. All Agents and Brokers can receive the contract only on the basis of the Exclusive Mandate from the Buyer. For negotiations the Buyer can arrive to Moscow, preliminary sending the official irrevocable Order.
Other conditions are not considered.
