Shandong Airlines Co.,Ltd. is the core enterprise of Shandong Aviation Group, which originally called Shandong Airlines Co.,Ltd.It was established in 1994. On the basis of development of company, in 1999 the shareholding system was transformed. Sponsored by Shandong Airlines Co.,Ltd., Langchao Electronic Information Industry Company, Shandong Hualu Co.Ltd, Shandong Aquatic Products Enterprise and Luyin Investment Co.Ltd, Shandong Airlines Co.Ltd was established, and listed in Shenzhen stock markedt with B shares in September 2000, whose headquarter is located in Jinan, Shandong province.

¡¡ The company,totally having 28 planes and 1400 workers, with Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, and Beijing as the flying bases, has opened more than 240 airways which directly fly to 60 large and medium cities in China and opened the business of chartering planes for passengers and cargos to go to Hongkong, Macau, Korea, Japan and other countries. In the eight years of its opening, the company was awarded "Jinyan Cup''for safe flying in national civil aviation, "State Achievement Prize of Enterprise Management Mordernization'', "Qulified Unit through the safety assessment'', "Advanced Enterprise of Quality Benefit Type from China Quality Management Association'', won the "Consumers Satisfactory Prize from China Quality Management Association for 3three years in a row, the Rainbow cabin crew was given the title of "Youth Civilization Brand'' by the Center of Communist League for three times in a row. In 2002, the company passed the quality management system authentication of ISO 9001, and its safety and benefit all come out first in China.
