   Great Scots Aircraft Company profile

Great Scots Aircraft
Great Scots Aircraft is a new venture, with the emphasis on personal service and a specialty in high performance, late model, piston aircraft.

"The experienced Great Scots Aircraft team can quickly sell your current aircraft and assist in the transition to your next plane. Professional, personal service makes all the difference when you're ready to sell or when you're in the market for that next set of wings."

Kevin McCray, President of Great Scots Aircraft, was previously the North Carolina Sales Manager for Falcon Aviation Services of Newport News, Virginia. Prior to his employment at Falcon, he worked for Carolina Aircraft, Inc. selling the Beech line - everything from pre-owned Bonanzas to used Barons. Kevin also handled new Cessna Single-Engine Piston sales for Carolina Aircraft's sister company, Salisbury Air Service (formerly a Cessna STAR dealer for North Carolina). Before coming to the Carolinas, he prospected for Air Shares Elite, a general aviation fractional outfit located in Georgia. Kevin is a licensed pilot and former U.S. Marine, honorably discharged.

Kevin's brother Joel, is an airline pilot and AOPA member who stays current as a CFII. He is a graduate of the University of Tennesee (GO VOLS!) and Major in the US Air Force Reserve. Joel cultivates business in the Atlanta area. And, yes, the brothers are of Scottish heritage.

John Cail assists with appraisals and listings. He was most recently involved with the sales of used regional commuter propjets. While at TIMCO Aircraft Sales, John was an aircraft maintenance technician on the "heavy iron." He's an AOPA member and a U.S. Navy vet.

GSA has another team member with Scottish heritage. Stephen Williams is Great Scots' Business Manager. A Navy Veteran as well, he somehow manages to keep Great Scots Aircraft's business and financial affairs on track and be a "Super Dad" to his four children! Stephen has held both the FCC General Radiotelephone Operators License (formerly the First Class Radiotelephone Operators License), and the Advanced Class Amateur Radio License for over 25 years! He can still send Morse code faster than most people can decode it and plays a mean set of Great Highland Bagpipes, too!

By using Great Scots aircraft to sell your plane or to find your next aircraft, you'll be dealing with experienced professionals who get the best results for their customers!
